We collect your first name and email address when you join our waitlist or founding pack. We may also collect anonymous analytics data such as pages visited, time on site, and general location (country or state level) through our self-hosted Umami analytics platform. We do not collect or store payment information.

We use your name and email to send you updates about Pawtrips, including launch announcements, new features, and travel content relevant to pet owners. We use anonymous analytics data to understand how people use the site and improve it. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Email Communications
By joining our waitlist you consent to receiving emails from Pawtrips. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time. We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) to manage our email list, which processes data in accordance with GDPR and Australian privacy standards.
5. Analytics
We use Umami, a self-hosted, privacy-first analytics platform. Umami does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. It does not share data with third parties including Google. All analytics data is stored on our own server in Australia.
6. Cookies
Pawtrips does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We may use essential session cookies to keep the site functioning correctly.
7. Third Party Links
Our site contains links to third-party websites including accommodation providers and booking platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
8. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely on our self-hosted server in Brisbane, Australia, with nightly encrypted backups. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
